Danielle and Adam
Adam & Danielle, Llandudno Bay Hotel, North Wales, 15th of July 2017 – Now we do love a local wedding, simply because it is always an absolute joy to utilise the North Wales landscape that we get to see and appreciate every day.
Adam and Danielle initially met us for an informal chat and pre-wedding shoot at a café in the Westshore of Llandudno. They bought along their three children, Missy, Freddy and baby Luna, it was a perfect opportunity to get to know the whole family and let them get used to the camera in a fun and non-intrusive way.
The big day arrived and Danielle, her bridesmaid, her mum, Missy and baby Luna all stayed and got ready together in one of the rooms at the reception venue of the Llandudno Bay Hotel. The hotel staff were brilliant and so helpful throughout the whole day. Danielle and her girls all looked stunning and baby Luna was possibly the happiest flower girl we have ever seen, and even though they were running a little bit late, everyone was calm, happy and ready for a wedding.
They had their ceremony in front of their family and friends at the Llandudno Town Hall, Llandudno is a stunning seaside town in itself, with one of the longest piers in Britain and a Promenade that goes on for miles, there were not going to be any shortage of ideal photo locations. However we knew what we wanted and the couple had agreed, the iconic Great Orme would provide the perfect landscape for some epic shots of the couple straight after their ceremony. Even though it was a tad windy that day, we lucked out with the light and the pictures came out beautifully. We had to commend Danielle afterwards for trusting us and being 100% up for giving anything a go, some brides would have been much more cautious about the wind in their hair or having to walk on uneven and soft surfaces in their shoes, but Danielle didn’t bat an eyelid.
Over all it was a fabulous day, by the time we returned to the reception venue the drinks were flowing and the party was in full swing. We quickly rounded up the family and friends for some group photos on the promenade and then left the couple to enjoy their day, whilst we took the opportunity to grab some candid pictures of the guests enjoying themselves.
We thoroughly enjoyed this wedding and getting to know the whole family. We always finish a wedding exhausted but happy and we are always massively grateful when people come and say, how much they have enjoyed working with us at the end of the day. We strive to ensure that we have fun with our couples and want them to enjoy every minute of their day.
Here’s what they had to say about us…
5 * Dan and Gemma went above and beyond on our special day, putting myself and the whole bridal party at ease throughout the entire day. They were friendly, chatty, patient and extremely professional, all this clearly shows in all our pictures.
Our photos exceeded our expectations as with Dan’s adventurous input they were far from the average traditional wedding photos. Preview shots were sent to us the next day and the rest were sent to us within a week which we found exceptional.
Thank you so much again for being a part of our day we really wouldn’t change a thing.
